Welcome to the Mindfulness approach

Mindfulness is a way of life that requires us to be present, to be aware of what is happening while it is happening and to be less distracted by our thoughts. Easier said than done, most would say. We are UK listed, accredited and adhere to the guidelines for Mindfulness Based Approaches. Because we undergo rigorous supervision and continuous training, you can be assured that you will receive a professional service from us at the Mindfulness Approach. Please continue reading to find out how we can help you.

My life has been a series of wonderful experiences. It’s a pity I wasn’t there for most of them.

To achieve a consistent state of happiness we need to develop resilience, self acceptance and compassion. The Mindfulness Approach is based on living mindfully in modern society, so we can better cope with the ups and downs of everyday life.

We tailor our services to the individual needs of our clients because there is no “one size fits all in life”, not even in Mindfulness.

How can we help?

Do you struggle with stress, anxiety, depression, worry or just need to find a way to slow down?

We can work with you in a group setting or one to one to help ease the struggle, we deliver the UK listed Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC) locally or at a venue of your choice.
