Welcome to the Mindfulness approach

We are all connected by our common desire to be happy, to achieve this we need to develop a stable mind that is not easily disturbed by external events. At the Mindfulness Approach we believe Mindfulness is much more than learning to relax or space out, to us Mindfulness is about waking up and being present in our life.

My life has been a series of wonderful experiences. It’s a pity I wasn’t there for most of them.

To achieve a more constant state of happiness we need to develop resilience, self acceptance and compassion. All our work is based on helping others to reach a place where they are quiet inside, so they can begin to experience life in the moment, without the stress of forward and backward thinking.

We tailor our services to the individual needs of our clients because there is no “one size fits all in life”, not even in Mindfulness.
