6 Week Living Mindfully Course

Mindfulness helps release you from the grip of the constant chatter in the mind. Through mindfulness we begin to experience life in the moment, enabling us to take a break from our worries and struggles.

Course Details:

Duration: 6 weeks (Next course starts on the 1st May 2019)

Dates: 1st May, (no session on the 8th May) 15th May, 22nd May, 29th May, 5th June and 12th June.

Frequency: 2 hours per week on a Wednesday 7—9 pm

Venue: St. Andrew’s Church in Southgate, London N14 5PP (next to Asda)

Whether you are drawn to Mindfulness to ease stress, relieve depression, improve your performance or even to achieve spiritual enlightenment - this mindfulness course is for you. This course will focus on mindful living and how to bring mindfulness into your daily life. You don’t need to be unwell or unhealthy to practice Mindfulness You just need a genuine desire to live and feel better.

A typical session will include:

  • Guided Meditation

  • Short practices for daily use

  • A weekly theme such as dealing with negative emotions, how to take time out for you and how to let go of guilt.
