Join us on this weekend retreat in the beautiful Cotswolds. We will live Mindfully for a weekend. As Thich Nhat Han says "when I am eating I know I am eating, when I am washing the dishes I know I am washing the dishes, when I am walking I know I am walking" - this is Mindfulness in practice.

We will remove all distraction and noise to fully immerse ourselves in nature, peace and harmony. Time to be still for a while and live in the moment.

The retreat includes wholesome, freshly prepared vegetarian breakfast, lunch and dinner, with teas and coffees available throughout the day.

Please note there will be no alcohol to ensure you can fully immerse yourself in the practices.

Where

The weekend will be hosted at Holycombe Retreat Centre, a tranquil holistic retreat centre, set in a wooded valley in Whichford. This is a special place, on a site that was once the home to a Norman Castle.

When

Arriving on Friday 12th April 2019 after 4pm and checking out after lunch on Sunday 14th by 4pm

Accommodation

All bathrooms are shared and different in style. There are a range of room options, single, shared, twin and double.

This will be a small group of a maximum of 15 people only, so please book early to reserve your place.
