Mindfulness Practice Morning

This is for people with an established practice or for those who have already completed a Mindfulness course. It is your opportunity to renew your commitment to your practice and meet like-minded people. Sometimes we just need a little help to keep on this Mindful journey, so come and join the group.

This group will meet up a several times during the year, to ensure you have somewhere to return when you need that extra support for your Mindfulness to grow.

Come and join us for an introduction to Mindfulness and relax in the beautiful surroundings of a Tudor beamed room at Salisbury House. We will explore how to stop doing and start being, coming back to our senses in the present moment and how to cultivate self-kindness.
