At the Mindfulness Approach, our mission is to help people understand the benefits of living mindfully. Research supports the wide-ranging benefits of mindfulness for improving mental well-being.
Come along to this two-hour experiential workshop where we will explore what Mindfulness is and how it can help you better cope with life's ups and downs. Whether you are suffering with anxiety, stress and depression or merely looking to find some peace in your frantic world, Mindfulness can help.
This workshop is perfect for those with a Mindfulness practice or for complete beginners. There will be an opportunity to practice and to ask questions.
No previous experience required. Chairs are available. Just book your place, come along, relax and take some time out.
