We remove the obstacles by bringing Mindfulness to you. You learn from the comfort of your home or office at a pace that works best for you. 

One to One online is a cost effective way to bring Mindfulness into your life. Learning online can be easier for people who struggle in a group setting, who have social anxieties or just too busy. Learning online is also good for people who are housebound for whatever reason, or restricted due to health issues.

Learning Mindfulness online on a one to one basis is a good way to immerse yourself in the practice, it's a very personal journey without distractions. You have more control over your learning and can choose for yourself what works best for you.

We believe that it is fundamental to maintain the human connection even when taking part in an online one to one session. Research shows that many of our modern mental health issues stem from a disconnect and a sense of loneliness. It is with this in mind that we deliver our sessions in a similar way to face to face, so our clients benefit fully. 

If you opt for the one to one approach, you will have access to your UK listed Mindfulness Teacher through live Skype or Zoom. It's a perfect way to learn mindfulness. Each session is tailor made to have maximum benefit to you. 

Live Weekly Sessions

Each week you will join Anna in an hour's session, starting with a silent sit, then a short teaching, followed by a guided practice. It is exactly the same if you are enrolled on a traditional course. We always start with a few moments of reflection. 

Self-study

To fully benefit from what you are learning, you will need to commit to some weekly home practices. You will be given guidance on the length of time for home study and it will vary according to your personal needs. You will also receive a recommended reading list to read around the subject and enhance your learning. Like everything in life, you will get what you put in, so the more you dedicate to taking your mindfulness journey seriously the more you will gain.

How Much Does it Cost?

There are no hidden costs, we charge £45 for an 50 minute session or £225 for a six week block.
