One to One Mindfulness sessions
Mindfulness is normally taught in groups so that we have the opportunity to learn from each other. This is particularly useful when participants are going through a similar challenge such as cancer or depression.
However some people prefer to have private sessions because they do not feel ready or able to share their particular struggle. One to one sessions are beneficial for those who want to really focus on learning Mindfulness in a much more personal way.
The one to one options are either online through Skype or Zoom, at my private space in North London or if necessary I can come to you (within reasonable distance).
The cost starts at £50 an hour.
