One-to-one sessions work best for people going through personal life difficulties such as divorce, redundancy, a transition in life, stress, anxiety and grief. It’s not always easy to open up in a group, so these intimate sessions can be a stepping stone to moving past a particular challenge in your life.


Through the miracle of technology, we can hold one-to-one sessions over the internet. Wherever you are in the world, we are here to help.


At the Mindfulness Approach we accept that there are many benefits in attending an eight week Mindfulness course. However we prefer to listen to our clients needs and design our courses around these. For example, our work with cancer patients is very different than our work with recently retired proffesionals transitioning into later life.

At the Mindfulness Approach, we recognise that everyone is different and so we don't have a pricing structure. We prefer to tailor a package that will suit you best.
